Continuous testing strategy for CFRs

In this talk, the, author of O'Reilly's Full Stack Testing book would like to elaborate on why it is essential to do continuous testing for cross-functional requirements and introduce a holistic approach to continuous testing of all the cross-functional requirements (the approach is carved as part of my book). She will cover how different testing techniques such as static code analysis, architecture tests, visual tests, infrastructure tests, load tests, etc., catering to automating a variety of CFRs, including those really vague ones, and therefore, aid in continuous testing and building quality into the software.

About The Speaker -

Gayathri Mohan, Principal Quality Analyst Thoughtworks Technologies Pvt Ltd

She joined Thoughtworks right after college as a Quality analyst in Chennai in 2009. And ever since, she has had the opportunity to work across multiple domains – travel, non-profit organizations, retail, banking, etc., and a range of technology – mobile, IoT, ML, SaaS and more. She has also donned multiple roles – QA, BA, IM, PM, etc., across 6 different countries! Personally, she love traveling and have visited over 15 countries but always end up calling Chennai, her peaceful abode where she spend time reading and writing.

She's the author of a book on (O'Reilly) Full Stack Testing. She has also co-authored the ebook Perspectives of Agile Software testing which was released by Thoughtworks honouring Selenium's 10th anniversary. Some of her other scribblings can be found on Thoughtworks' Insights section — First principles in testing, Quality Advisor, The IoT Testing Atlas.
