We had the honor of sitting down and talking to Guillermo Sauza, founder of Fortaleza Tequila at his distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. He discussed with us the history of the distillery and how they continue to use a traditional method of tequila production. We taste their entire line up of tequila including blanco, cask strength blanco, reposado and anejo.
