Way back when, SI teased us with the prospect of FM21’s new features, among them, the introduction of the Recruitment Meeting featuring the key stakeholders of the Football Club – The Chairman, Chief Scout, Director of Football (if one is at the club) and of course, you the Manager stood out as a significant evolution from FM Editions before. While building a squad has always been an essential (and fun) part of FM, now our process has a new layer of realism, so what is it that we need to do to maximise our ability to bring in the future stars of the club?
