Welcome to the Technical Area, your (mostly) weekly FM podcast brought to you by Gaffer Graemo.
This week, we're taking a step back, to take some time to breathe, reflect, and see what’s happened over the past version of the game and what we can do to improve going into the next version. A little over a year ago, I wrote a piece entitled “Management Self-Evaluation”, after a time where engagement with CPD Courses encouraged me to reflect and take time to see how I can improve my teaching practices, so I decided to translate this to an FM standpoint.
