While a chat on FM Slack over your own individual attributes could be discerned as cheating, nevertheless making yourself the most suitable candidate for the job is important. Realistically, we wouldn’t be accepted for top jobs with Sunday League attributes, but reading FMG’s piece will certainly go a long way to helping you start your full save on the right foot.
