With a distinguished career as a civil servant in the UK Treasury, the UK Department of International Development, private secretary to the Prime Minister, and Vice President of the Center for Global Development, Owen Barder has worn many hats. As if that's not impressive enough, he's also the CEO of Precision Development, a nonprofit on a mission to bring tailored data and services to smallholder farmers in developing countries, fostering economically and ecologically sustainable practices.
