Episode 2: It's Time to Diversify Your Referrals

Employee referrals have helped me land most of my design internships. However, POC are 35% less likely to get a referral than their white counterparts. It's time for us, specifically senior designers, to diversity our social circles, mentor and vouch for under-represented minorities in tech and help them get their foot in the door.
