There is a lot of stigma surrounding therapy that even me, who is considered "bold" about talking about being a single mom cannot handle. 
The day I posted about me going to therapy, I received comments from my closest family and friends to not talk about it. Some of the comments I heard were..
"Are you doing this to get more attention?"
"It will affect your business because people will not want to buy from mentally unstable person."
"People will think you are weak."
"Do you want to validate what your ex in laws told you?"
Well, let's see what happens. 
All I know is, I want to understand who I am. Are my feelings valid? Why am I sad? 
What I am hoping to achieve is understand myself better which will help me be productive in life, my business and my relationships.
