The conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians is long and complex and goes back 100 years. Many argue that their beef is religious but it is a land, control and power issue. In fact it's an issue we've seen play out in history time and time again.

Joined by Tamar a member of the Palestine Youth Movement NYC chapter and a NYU graduate student with a concentration in American, studies, we get some great historical and personal insight on what's going on currently and the demands of Palestinians fighting for their freedom.

Listen to this episode:

To learn how the beef between Israelites and Palestinians started 100 years ago and how it got to where it is today. To see the connection between Palestine's resistance and other liberation movements, like the  Black Lives Matter movement here in America. To get an understanding of the US involvement in the violence. To gather resources to take a deeper dive on the topic and take steps to get involved.
