This week, we welcome guest Nick Koenig. He’s an EKU botany student, activist, and campus leader. He’s here to give us hope for the future and bring us some Gen Z reality. We talk with Nick about environmental racism and segregation in Louisville and about replanting schemes on former mountaintop removal sites.  But since we can never be 100 percent serious, we inadvertently test his knowledge about 90s grunge. Result: we feel old. We also find out about Katie’s catalog full of fancy pastor robes via a conversation about Schitt’s Creek. And this is the 3rd consecutive episode where Bridgerton is a topic. We need the quarantimes to end, but it’s good to share conversation with an up and coming activist who we know is going to change the world after all this mess is over… or maybe sooner.
