Born with a speech impediment, and bullied incessantly at school, the girls decided to stop speaking to anyone but each other. A burglary and arson spree in their late teens landed the sisters an indefinite stay at Broadmoor, the UK's most infamous psychiatric hospital for the criminally insane. What happened upon their release was even stranger.
