About Selena:
Selena Tan is an award-winning actress, producer, director, writer, and performer. She will be seen next in the upcoming Prime comedy, “Shotgun Wedding” opposite Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel, set to release on January 27, 2023.
She was one of the first Singaporeans to be cast in the critically acclaimed movie Crazy Rich Asians. Selena played ‘Alix Cheng’, one of Eleanor Young’s (Michelle Yeoh) sisters and Nick Young’s (Henry Golding) aunt. 
Selena started her career as a stand-up comedian and has over 24 years of experience in theater. In 2000, Selena started Dream Academy, one of Singapore’s first private limited Arts Entertainment companies. She is best known for their well-loved brands including Happily Ever Laughter and the Dim Sum Dollies.
She has appeared in international films such as Rogue Trader opposite Ewan McGregor and Anna Friel. She is an ambassador for the LGBTQ+ movement, Pink Dot, which focuses on the support for the freedom to love. She currently resides in Singapore.
She is one of the investors in her family food business Daisy’s Dream, where they just opened up a stall at the Urban Hawker market in Manhattan.
