This week we have the pleasure of talking to Katelynn and Josh Ducharme. You may not have heard of them, but as of today @team_jocelyn has over one MILLION followers!

These followers are following a difficult journey of two parents navigating parenthood with a beautiful set of twins and their big sister Jocelyn has a rare cancer known as ATRT. Want to learn more about ATRT then google it...or talk to Katelynn....she knows.
