We’re joined by noted oafthroplogist and podcast host Thomas O’Mahony to talk about the slop of gym content on TikTok and YouTube, and what it can tell us about how men, in particularly, think about their bodies and their place in the world.
We discuss how fitness content has changed in the past decade, why it’s become so hard to design a simple work out plan for yourself, and the extreme, bizarre ways fitness influencers are having to market themselves in a saturated market. Obviously we talk about the man who gets mad at all the bread at Tesco.
