Lloyd runs Whitebox Property with his business partner Andi Cooke, they've been in the Property game for the last 5 years + but their achievements would have you believing it's been twice as long. Lloyd did not opt for the standard BTL/HMO for his first deal, no! He went right into the deep deep end (you know, the one twice your height and you haven't got a Lilo to save your life with, end) and started with buying land with some old boring garages on, and converted it to and BUILT (not himself, he's not Bob the Builder) 8 x 2 bed townhouses.
Talk about that for an exciting deal, to top it off the land only cost about £150,000 and the costs of development were financed through a lender. Hey, it was a mad rush getting the funds together before completion though, as they had to run around and find anyone they could as the auction deadline was looming.
