Jason is a 15 year veteran of the Tehachapi Police Department, he explains how to reduce your vulnerability while out holiday shopping. He explains what the bad guys are looking for and how you can be proactive to increase your own personal safety. He also covers tips to reduce "porch pirates" from getting packages, holiday phone scams, and both home and car protection.
