Chicago-based artist Scott Urban used to spend his time handcrafting custom-made eyeglass frames. Then a few years ago, he started noticing the spread of surveillance cameras throughout his neighborhood. So he invented what he calls "privacy eyewear": anti-surveillance glasses that defeat facial recognition.
