In anticipation of their (wildly successful) community concert, we invited some of the brilliant women behind Maestra, an organization that supports women in musical theater, to speak with us on Clubhouse. Founder Georgia Stitt, Tony nominated actress Kate Baldwin and film producer Laura Ivey helped open our eyes to the inequality that still exists for women in theater and then Joe and Jess discussed the work that still need to be done in our own companies.
