ISL Online Ltd is based in Swindon, Wiltshire and is owned by XLAB, a research and development company, who has been active in the remote desktop industry as pioneers since 2001. ISL Online has millions of sessions around the world annually and the software is available in 30+ languages.
The software is based on three models: Hosted Service (Cloud/Software as a Service), Server License on premises and the all new Managed Private Cloud, which can be used by corporate clients. ISL Online runs the hosted service using a GRID network of globally positioned servers using AES 256 Bit End-to-end Encryption and randomly generated 8 digit rolling code to initiate remote support sessions. 2 factor authentication for secure login available.
