Tech Intersect #16: Isaiah "Bitcoin Zay" Jackson-Bitcoin and Black America in the Age of COVID-19

Isaiah Jackson, also known as Bitcoin Zay, is the author of “Bitcoin and Black America”, a book that explores the synergy between Bitcoin, blockchain technology and economic empowerment in black and brown communities, in particular. Isaiah is also Community Manager for Metronome and co-host of the popular YouTube show, “The Gentlemen of Crypto”, which has over 500 episodes and 20+ hours of crypto tutorials. His other work in the blockchain space includes being a member of the Digital Currency Council, a Certified Bitcoin Professional (C4 Consortium) and the owner of a Bitcoin ATM.

I’m so grateful that Isaiah took the time out of his very busy schedule to chat with me during this unprecedented time as much of our nation and the world is under some form of a stay-at-home or quarantine order due to the novel coronavirus pandemic known as COVID19.
