My cohost, David Imel, is back for another podcast powered by the herbal tea experts at Traditional Medicinals. The topic for this week's podcast: sleep. If you happen to follow either of us on social media, you are likely aware of how little sleep we get because of work and travel. In hopes of getting good sleep during all of the tech launches and conferences ahead (including Mobile World Congress in Barcelona), David and I decided to take mindful steps toward a better night's rest. That includes sleep tracking, wind downs before bed, and support from a Traditional Medicinals tea called Nighty Night.

This tea, a soothing mix of herbs, including passionflower, calms the nervous system and helps get you ready for bed.* Coupled with a wind down routine, Nighty Night can be a valuable addition to any sleep schedule. Tea drinkers can enjoy the caffeine-free Nighty Night during the latter hours of the day, especially within an hour of laying down to rest. Bear in mind that this herbal supplement tea can induce drowsiness, so heed the label's warning not to partake in any activity that requires mental alertness for at least a couple of hours. With that level of sleep support, David and I expect to feel pretty rested even throughout our travels.
