Jamie Geller, an American-Israeli, creates gourmet meals out of the freshest ingredients and shows us how to substitute for them when they are not in your pantry or refrigerator, often problems of the pandemic shortages (even in the land of milk and honey, there are times where you have to improvise during quarantine). Jamie talks about her career in the USA prior to moving to Israel and who is now an author of numerous cookbooks, spokeswoman, has her own line of spices and is truly an entrepreneur. We admire Jamie and yes, we have been cooking and baking Jamie Geller recipes non-stop since we interviewed her!
