I speak about my background growing up in Canada, how yoga helped with my mental health and my first YTT in Las Vegas. We then get into juicy issues facing all of us in the yoga industry, like the systemic issues in the yoga industry devalue teachers that the average yoga teaching pay rate per class hasn’t changed in 15 years.

I then share my thoughts on how teachers can promote themselves in a way that isn’t disrespectful to other studios they may be teaching at and my personal strategy for marketing myself as a teacher.
