Erin talks to me about her struggles with being a young single mum to later find out about her son, Jack's Autism. While her path in life wasn't easy she has a very important message to other parents out there who are going through similar situations. And equally importantly, she has a message for all employers in todays corporate world. Listen to Erin's account of her life and the very raw emotions she experienced and how her previous employer and current employer dealt with her as a person.

I have to say, I am in awe of Erin's perseverance in not stopping to achieve all that she wants for herself and her boy, Jack. But, perseverance is only one part of the battle. The other is employers and the education system.
