Tea With Buddhist Grandma

In Tea with Buddhist Grandma, I am offering you a cup of tea around my virtual kitchen table to pass on some answers to life’s questions and challenges which I’ve found invaluable myself.

We are all wanting to be happy and not to suffer but often we are looking for answers in the wrong places. What to do about suffering is the central question in Buddhism which I have been studying in my 40-year search for truth.

I’ve been teaching at my local Buddhist Centre for 20 years so I’m starting with some answers to the sort of thing the people I meet are concerned with: anxiety and overwhelm in a changing world, lack of confidence, how to improve our relationships, existential dissatisfaction. Many people want to change but don’t know quite know how or what would be a wise choice.

I want you to know that there are answers and we can dwell confidently and happily and respond with wisdom and kindness, whatever is showing up in our world. I’m here to support you with a cup of tea, a gentle ear and quite often a bit of cheeky humour.

I’ll also be interviewing guests from different walks of life and I’ll be asking them what do they recommend for a happy life and how do they practice in their everyday life.

Just to say you don’t have to be a Buddhist to subscribe to the show and I’ll be interviewing guests from other traditions.

If you’d like to continue the conversation, I invite you to join my free Facebook Group, ‘Tea with Buddhist Grandma’ or head over to my website at www.buddhistgrandma.com or www.paulagrierson.com
