Tesla (TSLA) recalls 362,800 cars to fix the self-driving beta software. The recall is the latest development in an ongoing investigation into Tesla safety issues. "We heard from the National Highway Administration that some Tesla vehicles in specific circumstances could violate traffic laws and increase the risk of collision. Tesla has stated that they still need a driver to operate the vehicle as it is not fully autonomous," says Jenny Horne.
