He says there are more than seven million cloud users, and a quarter of the Fortune 500 use its solutions. They are in 14 countries. They completed a Merger with Apex Technology Acquisition Corp. (APXT) where AvePoint received approximately $492M in gross proceeds. They are looking to scale their current business.
