This week on Chris's Corner I am going through the second half of home workout routine. The routine consists of Legs, Shoulders, Triceps and Abs. I try to keep this video simple and easy to follow diving into the reason I do the exercise and how it improves my body. As well as the muscle building techniques I also go through my 5 minute stretching routine which I do after every muscle building day.
