This week on Chris's Corner I go through my favourite workout regime, commentating on the exercisesI perform. Fitness is something I truly enjoy doing and talking about and I hope you can see the passion in my videos. I explain the structure and the reasoning behind the exercises I do and how they help me build a solid foundation.
