This week on Chris's Corner I speak about food. I know a rather vague and large subject to cover. However, we all walk around on a daily basis having consumed certain foods. I speak about the effects of certain food groups, diets, and life styles. But I do not label foods as bad or good but rather as higher calorie and higher in minerals/vitamins. As well as the serious stuff I chuck in some fun facts about food that lighten the mood and hopefully make you smile.
