My ultimate goal was to complete a marathon in under 3 hours and 30 minutes, and I am thrilled to announce that I achieved this feat in just 3 hours and 27 minutes. As someone who struggled with cardio due to asthma in their younger years, this accomplishment is especially meaningful to me. During this podcast, I will provide an overview of my marathon preparation, including my nutrition, hydration, and mental state. Additionally, I will address the psychological challenges you may encounter while taking on a task as daunting as the Brighton marathon, such as the lack of support from those around you.
