About Kevin:
Some people find rock bottom... Kevin found out that rock bottom had a basement. In his mid 20's... he had it all. Kevin had a beautiful girlfriend, high paying job, sports car, his dream body... but he still ended up sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide.

After his rock bottom moment, Kevin went all in on holistic self-improvement. He was determined to overcome his anxiety, depression and to finally live the life he'd always dreamed of.
