With over 20 years of multifamily management and investment consulting experience, Julie leads NSE’s corporate operations as well as multifamily operations, including capital projects and asset management in the Western U.S.  Additionally, she has oversight responsibilities of NSE’s regional operations teams, human resources, and investor relations efforts. She provides real estate expertise to multifamily investors, owners, developers, and operators of income-producing properties. Julie is a reputable leader and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business and solutions. She holds her real estate salesperson license in California and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

 

Julie is also the Founder and President of Point Blank Consulting providing advisory services including asset management, financial and operational management, and capital business plan formation to multifamily real estate owners, operators, and developers.  Additionally, Julie is a Co-Founder and Partner of BlankWolffCord, LLC providing pre- & post-audit reviews for universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
