Over the last 20 years, I've had the opportunity to share these skills in workshops, in high schools, with entrepreneurs and with my own teams.

She then spent 2 years studying these Rock Stars and identifying the behaviours that set them apart from everyone else.

After launching, and taking public, one of the first Internet Service Providers in Canada, Trish quickly found her niche as a ‘translator’ with an exceptional ability to translate business needs into solutions. She also discovered early on in her career that she is highly intuitive, and then honed that gift into her corporate superpower! She blatantly integrates both the corporate and woo-woo aspects of who she is and attributes this to the amazing success she has had in her career.

However, Trish’s most significant shifts came when she learned how to integrate her ability to read the energy of people, situations, projects and even organizations into a servant leadership style. This approach helped her to build 6 high-performance teams by creating the culture, vision, passion and discipline to drive huge success in a fun, fast-paced environment.
