I am a specialist Workplace Conflict Management consultant, I am what you would call an external Chief Civility Officer (CCO), the expert a company needs to have to help keep or create a harmonious workplace. I solve issues with co-workers so that they focus on the goals of the organization and increase performance. Conflict Resolution is more than a soft skill it is a deliberate and conscious effort that encompasses a bit of understanding of psychology, humanity, anthropology, and sociology. With the prevalence of conflict in our everyday life and it is all around us, there is no better time to gain conflict intelligence than now.
