TWS Episode 110 - ”Stroudsburg Rain Man”

In February 1983 Don Decker was released from jail to attend his grandfather's funeral. Traumatized by his family celebrating a man who caused Don so much pain Don decided to stay with some family friends for the night. For the next several days multiple witnesses reported strange paranormal behaviors occurring when Don was around. People reported household items rattling, strange smells of death, and even rain materializing inside buildings when Don was present. 

For several days family friends, a landlord, and even local police all witnessed strange unexplainable phenomena associated with Don. He reported crucifix's burned him, he levitated in the air, and even reported he could control manifesting rain inside buildings. This case is a roller coaster ride from start to finish.
