AIRFRYER FRENCH TOAST BREAD PUDDING

4 eggs

1 ½ cups of milk

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

¾ cups of granulated sugar

1 loaf of bread, fresh, day old, it’s up to you


ICING

1 cup powdered sugar

1 ½ tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Bread Pudding

Take the loaf of bread and to cut it into one inch cubes, then place in a medium sized loaf pan, or whichever pan will fit into your air fryerBeat the eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar until well combined and kinda frothyMix in the 1 ½ cups of milk until thoroughly combinedPour mixture into the bread cubes and set your air fryer for 30 minutes or less if using ramekins or a smaller panThe bread pudding will be done when the top is a dark brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

Icing

Place powered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix until there are no lumps and the icing is smooth and silkyCut you a slice of Bread pudding while it is still warm and drizzle some icing over the top and you can drizzle some icing all over the bread pudding also if you wish
