Our guest today is Zack Miller—an entrepreneur, author, internet personality and mayor of “Hustle City.” Zack launched Hatch in Norfolk, Virginia, to provide a platform that helps the owners of both startup and established companies solve their problems. Through Hatch, Zack has also launched an online resource company called 1000 Four.

Zack brings to his efforts at Hatch more than two decades of business experience in starting, investing, advising, mentoring and growing thousands of companies or projects. "At the end of the day, we have one belief: Everyone should control the path to the future they desire," he said. His mission is to provide the ecosystem for entrepreneurs to thrive within, by creating a springboard for them to test, start, launch and grow their businesses. He also hosts a weekly business television program to spread his message.

In 2010, Zack was growing a technology company and didn’t know what to do, where to network or how to get clients. Starting with his network of zero, he built relationships and eventually became the youngest leader on the Inside Business Power List to be featured in Entrepreneur magazine as a contributor to the rise of the Norfolk Startup Community. He did this by listening, meeting and hustling, learning from others and raising his hand.

Zach believes that entrepreneurs don't need an MBA to be successful; instead, having the tools and the fortitude to push through is.
