Alright people! This one's a big one! We've had quite a few guests on our episodes lately, what with us switching to Youtube pretty much full time and all, but given that this was a special episode for all of us, we had to get him. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, Chris "The TV Nerd" Evanko wasn't able to make it onto this episode, but that's fine, because frequent guest Patrick W. Huber stepped into the co-host chair for our discussion on the latest big thing from HBO, "I Know this much is True!" Adapted from the 1998 novel by Wally Lamb and directed by Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine, The Place beyond the Pines), the six episode miniseries stars Mark Ruffalo as twin brothers Dominick & Thomas Birdsey, as they deal with numerous tragedies that have befallen their family, including their mother's death from cancer, their step father's abuse, Thomas' paranoid schizophrenia, Dominick's separation from his ex-wife Dessa (Kathryn Hahn) and a manuscript from their Sicilian grandfather that spells out even more truths that they didn't know about their family. It was a show to watch to say the least, but thanks to the fact that it was shot in our respective hometowns of Poughkeepsie, Lagrange and Wappingers Falls, New York, we were able to recognize many of the locations used in the show, and were even able to lock down a crew member who worked on the show, my friend from high school and fellow movie lover, Brendan Lynch! We had a very fascinating conversation as this was a show that meant a lot to us for a lot of different reasons, so stay tuned!
