Starting out as a joke in the writer's room of "Breaking Bad," "Better Call Saul" has evolved into a cantankerous lawyer affair into a deep, multi-layered character study that deals in past regret, intent vs. action, how different actions are judged depending on the eye of the beholder, and the facades that man generates to hide from trauma. All of that and more are explored in the finale, aptly titled "Saul Gone" in which Saul Goodman finally faces the music for his long list of crimes.
