Remember, this is just a first stab, so this needs tweaking. Here's take one of my curried Chex  mix, though:

2 cups Wheat Chex1 cup each Corn and Rice Chex (I meant to use all Rice, but the container I accidentally grabbed was a 50/50 mix.)1 cup chow mein noodles1 cup bagel chips1/4 cup vegan butter1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil2 tablespoons soy sauce1 teaspoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon each garlic and onion powder1 teaspoon yellow curry powder1 teaspoon ground ginger
