Good Journey Travelers, and welcome aboard the Halcyon, Disney's latest offering in immersive story telling and entertainment! This week saw the opening of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, a never before seen cruise hotel hybrid that takes visitors to a Galaxy Far Far Away for the adventure of a life time. And of course, where there are cruise ships, there is going to be food and as luck would have it, Carlos was invited to attend a test stay and has come back to Earth eager to share all things culinary! So gear up for an overstuffed 2 part episode where we talk everything the roasted bantha and blue shrimp to holographic gambling and the mysterious Jogan fruit.
