She discusses that mindset is the key and gives other tips for each of us to use to fight the lies that Satan uses to attack us.  This conversation is so encouraging and exemplifies the importance of seeing ourselves the way the Lord sees us.  She also gives great advice on how to be a mentor, how to approach a mentor, or naturally build a relationship with a mentor.
