KSP #29 - Reina Bonta, Director, Writer, and Producer For The Award Winning Short Film, "Lahi"

On today's episode we have director, writer, photographer, and producer, Reina Bonta, who's here to talk to us about her new short film called, "Lahi." Reina has been on a big media tour promoting her new short film, and has been showcasing "Lahi" to multiple film festivals across the United States. Aside from her life in the film industry, she has been training with the Philippines Women's National Soccer Team in preparation for the 2023 World Cup. Reina has accomplished a lot in her young career, and is continuing to break new ground in the film world.

We talk about what "Lahi" is about, how Reina felt about her Lola (grandma) acting in her film, what it was like working with an all Hawaii crew, what she's learned from directing her first film, and much more.
