That’s what we do each week on Tales of Toughness. Hosted by goSonja (Sonja Wieck) –– mom, 18X Ironman, World's Toughest Race Eco-Challenge Fiji airing on @amazonprime 8/14/20 –– every episode is an in-depth look at how to overcome limiting beliefs, develop a deeper awareness into why you compete, and understand what makes high-performers tick.
