TFTB Ep.65: Kim Stanley Robinson

We are thrilled to have Kim Stanley Robinson join us on the bridge to discuss the impact of his latest novel, The Ministry for the Future.  Stan's writing career has spanned almost 50 years, and he has won World Fantasy Award, the BSFA, the John W. Campbell, Hugo and multiple Locus and Nebulas for his novels and short fiction, as well as the Robert A. Heinlein Award and Arthur C. Clark Award for his entire body of work.   

The Ministry for the Future was included on President Obama’s list of favourite books of 2020, cementing Stan's reputation as an author whose work is more timely and relevant than ever.  Stan's writing serves as a platform for environmental and social activism and a source of hope for the future by showing a path forward for our civilization to survive the climate crisis.
