Her passion is an Australian community empowered and confident about their financial affairs. She works with financial service providers to maximise member and customer centricity in their products and services and assisting them to implement best practice in remediation and dispute resolution.
Jocelyn is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds law and commerce degrees.
