Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Emma Olivier about managing risk. Emma is on the boards of Leadership Victoria , Audit and Risk Committee for Life Saving Victoria


Emma is the founder and CEO of Twenty Percent, a disability Advisory working with Corporate Australia. With over 30 years consulting experience and having been born without a left hand, she understands from her own lived experience the challenges and opportunities of having a disability in corporate Australia. 


She has extensive corporate experience working across a number of industries' both in Australia and overseas. As a Managing Director at Accenture, she was the Executive Sponsor for Disability Inclusion in ANZ Accenture for 2 years. Over this time, the Employee Reference Group grew significantly and was a finalist in the Australian Network of Disability awards in 2021. 


Emma is an active member of her community at a local and state level. She is Victoria's first one armed Lifesaver and was appointed to Lifesaving Victoria's Audit, Finance and Risk Committee in 2019.  In 2018, Emma participated in the Williamson Community Leadership Program run by Leadership Victoria and was appointed to the Board of Leadership Victoria in 2021. Emma was a nominee for Citizen of the year in Bayside council for Australia Day 2021. She has been a member of Bayside Councils Disability Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee since its inception.
