This episode is all about Gregg Popovich, his journey to reach San Antonio, his marriage, and the lessons that made him the greatest coach in the history of the NBA. We also talk about the 2013 NBA Finals, the Military-Industrial-Complex, Popovich as an academic, the evolution of coaching since 1880, Popovich's outspokenness on race/gender/politics in recent years, and empathy and controlling emotions. We also hear stories from Popovich's former assistant coaches and players that help us paint a picture of a coach with a notoriously private life.
