One of the best parts of my morning routine is my gratitude prayer.

I love rituals so I have a special place to sit and I light a candle and burn incense.

It is a lovely way to begin the day, from a place of deep gratitude.

Of course, human nature will push you to ask for more, fill your head with desires, and constantly remind you there are people much better off materially or elsewise than you.

But if you decide to live in a permanent state of abundance, you will shift your mind from cup half empty to cup half full and never again want for anything.

I follow my gratitude prayer with meditation and yoga and then some journaling.

I invite you to be inspired by my gratitude prayer to create your own.

With light and love,

Krista
